Judge Rules Against McCain Co-Chair’s Disenfranchisement Suit
Madison – One Wisconsin Now Executive Director Scot Ross released the following statements after a judge today dismissed Attorney General JB Van Hollen’s partisan lawsuit against the state of Wisconsin.
“Today’s decision was a complete rejection of Republican Attorney General and John McCain for President Co-chair JB Van Hollen’s partisan lawsuit which could have threatened the voting rights of over 1 million legal voters. It remains to be seen whether Van Hollen continues to waste taxpayer money in this frantic bid to steal the election for the Republican Party bosses who consulted with his top aides in the filing of this suit.”
