12th Annual Fair Trade Holiday Festival, presented by Community Action on Latin America, at Monona Terrace. The fair trade fair is a place to buy locally made and crafted holiday gifts. Also available - locally grown produce, pies and more. Wis. Network for Peace and Justice will be selling holiday peace wreaths, too.
