JB Van Hollen, Wisconsin's Attorney General, serves as the co-chair for the McCain campaign in Wisconsin. Van Hollen has filed a suit against the State of Wisconsin that would force local municipalities to check voter's information against other state databases, like the DMV. If a voter's information does not PERFECTLY match the database, Van Hollen wants to throw that voter off the rolls, meaning that hundreds of thousands of Wisconsinites could be dropped from the rolls and forced to re-register, making voting much more difficult.
