First two pages are Executive Order 6, issued April 27, 2001, the third is Executive Order 19, issued July 20, 2001 from Governor Scott McCallum setting the rules for judicial vacancies creating the Governor’s Advisory Council on Judicial Selection. The rules required interviews for all applicants and the forward of the names of two or three finalists to the Governor for his final selection.
