Shouldn't surprise anybody that this tactic is being used in Eau Claire. It's become an art form for the no-tax, anti-government crowd. Every time you are about to locate a facility in another state, just claim you were going to locate it in Wisconsin except for the anti-business attitude and use the lie to perpetuate the myth. First, the right-wing radio noise machine screams it endlessly and then the so-called "mainstream" media reports it as the "truth."
