When J.B. Van Hollen filed a lawsuit against Falk and the Greater Wisconsin Committee (GWC), I said that it was frivolous. After the election when Van Hollen asked to have his suit against Falk dismissed, I said that it was confirmation that it was a cheap political stunt in the first place. A conservative blogger was quick to remind me that there was still that pesky GWC lawsuit out there. At that time I predicted that Van Hollen's frivolous lawsuit against GWC would also be dismissed. I hate to tell you "I told you so", but I did. The AP is now reporting that Van Hollen is asking for his own case against GWC to be dismissed. Perhaps the incoming AG should reimburse taxpayers for his waste of public resources and time.
